1. Introduction

Welcome to L'Arrêt. A borderless creative house operating between Egypt and Belgium, serving clients across the MENA and EU regions. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website (larret.co), and any services, content, campaigns, or productions we deliver ("Services").

By accessing our website, submitting a brief, engaging our Services, or otherwise working with L'Arrêt, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or engage our Services.

2. Our Services

L'Arrêt provides creative production and content services, including but not limited to:

• The Narrative Lab — creative concept, strategy, and campaign development

• The Batch — vertical, platform-native content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts)

• The Film — cinematic branded content, documentaries, TVCs, and commercial production

• The Eye — photography, event coverage, and live coverage with creative direction

• The Bridge — cross-continental production facilitation between Europe and MENA

3. Quotes, Bookings & Payments

All quotes are valid for the period stated in the proposal and are subject to change if the project scope changes.

• A deposit or advance payment may be required before work begins, as specified in the Project Agreement.

• Full payment terms (schedule, currency, method) will be set out per project. Late payments may result in paused delivery or additional fees.

• Prices do not include third-party costs (e.g., location permits, talent fees, licensing, travel, equipment rental) unless explicitly stated.

• Cross-border projects (EU ↔ MENA) may involve additional logistics, permit, or mobilization costs, which will be communicated and agreed in advance.

  
  

4. Revisions & Scope Changes

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds, as agreed in the Project Agreement.

• Requests that fall outside the original brief or agreed scope (additional formats, new deliverables, extended usage rights, etc.) may be treated as a change order and quoted separately.

• We aim to be direct about feasibility, timeline, and cost impact before proceeding with any scope change.

  
  

5. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, L'Arrêt retains ownership of all creative concepts, unused drafts, pitch materials, and pre-production work until full payment is received.

• Upon full payment, the Client receives usage rights to the final delivered assets as specified in the Project Agreement (e.g., specific platforms, territories, or duration).

• L'Arrêt retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio, showreel, website, and social channels for self-promotional purposes, unless the Client requests confidentiality in writing and we agree to it.

• Any third-party assets (music, stock footage, fonts, talent likeness) used in a production are licensed according to the terms of that specific license, which will be disclosed to the Client where relevant.

• The Client is responsible for ensuring they hold the rights to any materials, logos, or content they supply to us for use in production.
